GIVE OG THE MVP!!!

I definitely think all this starts with the two Knicks guys. KAT had an off game for sure but JB and OG held it down. Jalen had his most efficient game of the finals by far, it's about time he did something in this series but shoot fts and hoop outside of the 4th quarter. OG just continues to show that he's the best non all star in the nba, has been for the past two seasons IMO. A super efficient non ball dominant role player. He can score on all three levels for sure, he went 7/9 from 3 in this game and is shooting 50% from three on the series, just elite stuff from him.

The Knicks got guys coming off their bench doing what they need to do fr. I know that guys like deuce and Shamet have cooled down from the stuff they were doing earlier in the playoffs, but that didn't matter because Hukporti played today, like real actual minutes when KAT had to sit with those early fouls. The bench guys fr have really been Mitch and Jose have been giving great rotational minutes. We expect this from Mitch, you know he's not gonna go out and give you 15 & 7 off the bench, but you know he'll go out there, play super hard (even with that broken thumb), get some offensive boards, maybe a lob or two, but just play his ass off. Jose is really the surprise for me though, I'm ngl, I'm honestly super shocked, I didn't know he had that in him, and I'm sorry José. He's been hitting shots, being aggressive, and holding down those no JB minutes man. Really just the soul of the NYC native.

I honestly don't have a lot to say about this, about what happened in this game. In that first half Steph, De'Aaron, and Vic looked unstoppable. Going into halftime up 20, shooting amazing. That Spurs offense in the first half was insane, they couldn't miss, even Fox was hitting threes. Wemby just looked gassed in that 2nd half. I love Luke Kornet, but he couldn't give Wemby any type of relaxation on the bench. A -2 +/- and 3 fouls in his 4 minutes of play. Wemby played 44 minutes, and you could really tell in the second. He had a stretch where he missed I think 11 shots in a row, and missed those two clutch free throws which is just insane coming from him.

I'm a lover of great hoops and anything before picking a winner. I personally would love for this to go to 7, I really would. 3-1 is not something everyone comes back from... especially in the NBA Finals. The only person to do that was the GOAT, and last time I checked, Bron plays in LA. Is it possible? Possibly... maybe... probably not. If the Spurs won another game or two I wouldn't be shocked, they have ARGUABLY the best player in the world, and an amazing supporting cast that can for sure come out and win 3 games. But you still have to deal with the Knicks at the end of the day. OG doesn't miss, JB looks like he's back, and KAT had a bad game (even though he had a bad game 3 too). I honestly don't really know what the rest of this series looks like, statistically this is it for the Knicks and you know I'll be at that parade. Knicks fans for sure deserve this after all those years of whatever they were doing before this. For the Spurs, 1st playoff run for literally everyone on this roster but Harrison Barnes. Wemby, Steph and D-Harp are all under 21 years old which is insane for your best 3 players. Offseason stuff I'll talk about after the finals but... man the Knicks, crazy to see.
